Dispatch Specialist
Hiring Status: Fully Staffed
Our Dispatch team is pivotal in our day-to-day operations. They’re responsible for keeping our routes running smoothly and problem-solving when challenges arise. This is a fast-paced position in a changing environment.
This is not an entry-level position; prior routing, dispatch or leadership experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
→ Excellent communication skills.
→ Excellent computer skills.
→ Previous routing or dispatch experience preferred.
Drivers
Hiring Status: Currently Hiring
At Sue’s, Drivers are at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a route driver, helping us provide service to our customers each week, or a roll-off driver, getting boxes moved and to the landfill, we’re always looking for dedicated and capable team members.
Job Requirements:
→ Be DOT compliant (valid CDL, medical card, no major infractions on MVR).
→ Experience with rear-load and roll-off trucks is always a bonus!
→ Ready to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Route Helpers
Hiring Status: Currently Hiring
Our Route Helpers are the peanut butter to the Driver’s jelly. The Iron Man to their Captain America. Route Helpers partner with our Drivers to make sure our daily routes are successful and our customers are well cared for.
Job Requirements:
→ Ability to lift, push or pull weights over 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
→ Must be able to stand and walk 8-10 hours.
→ Ready to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Customer Account Manager
Hiring Status: Fully Staffed
We set big goals. Our aim is to provide an industry-leading customer experience at Sue’s and that starts with the first phone call to begin service. We don’t stop there though — the focus for Customer Service is making sure our customers feel valued and appreciated at every turn.
